Professionalism:

Credit union employees are well-trained, educated financial pros. Our business teams and national network offer the right blend of experience and expertise in every business and agricultural category, in every province, all accessible from almost every community in Canada. Many of our veterans come from the traditional banking sector – but joined us primarily because they prefer the more hands-on, open-minded approach of a credit union.

Privacy:

Credit unions are as tightly regulated as the Chartered Banks when it comes to governance, deposit insurance and privacy legislation. We are part of the Canadian financial community and as such, we operate by the same rules. That means your information with us stays with us. In fact, we're more sensitive than most when it comes to personal information. We won't breathe without your permission, and we won't bury you in legal documentation to get it.

Respect:

It's a very simple aspect of life and work, yet so important. Most credit unions were started by groups of entrepreneurs – so you can bet the farm we remember that every day. Our respect for what you achieve is never a platitude as a result. Our respect for you is the foundation of our service.
