We are a trailer towing solutions provider. We supply and install trailer hitches, wiring, parts and accessories. Also, supply and install bike racks and automotive accessories.
We also perform trailer maintenance and repair specialising in electrical troubleshooting and installation.
Shayne Peterson's Story
I was dissatisfied with the level of service at some of the other shops in the Lower Mainland as well as the complete lack of service within Vancouver.
My goal is to bring knowledgable accurate service to anyone who wants to tow a trailer or carry a bike rack without having to learn everything ahead of time.
With each bit of service, I strive to teach the customer at least as much as I feel they need to know to tow safely and will answer any questions that may arise truthfully without trying to upsell when it isn't appropriate.
Being the new company in an industry full of veterans carries some challenges of it's own, but with the help of supportive players in the industry, everyone will benefit.
